Bergamot & Rose – Herbal Tea

The moment you open the packet of Herbal Teas Australia Bergamot & Rose tea and breathe in the beautiful, subtle fragrance of Bergamot, and you will be eager to sips it’s delicious flavour.

Bergamot gives this tea it’s classic and distinct Earl Grey taste and combined with Rosebuds, it has a super smooth sensation on the palate. Perfect for sharing with friends or brewing when you want to feel a little bit special. Watch the Rosebuds unfold when you brew it. Or, for something special on a hot summer day, allow to cool and then serve with ice cubes as a decorative and delicious iced tea.

Ingredients: Earl grey tea, Rosebuds

Herbalists Tips: Earl Grey tea is black tea that has been flavoured with the oil of bergamot – an ingredient that can help to regulate cholesterol. I have added the rosebuds for a subtle smoothness as well as visually pleasing.

Selling Tips: This is another black tea blend in our range that is popular with customers. It is a strong blend so I impress on customers that they don‘t need to use a lot of the herbs to make a strong brew. Definitely a teaspoon to 1 litre of boiling water is sufficient. When customers are looking for special occasion gifts, this is definitely a tea to recommend.

Breastfeeding – Herbal Tea

Having a packet of Herbal Teas Australia BREASTFEEDING tea on hand is vital for every breastfeeding mum. That’s because she can never predict when her milk supply might diminish. It might be an unexpected stressful time or when she is just plain tired. This lactation tea is formulated with herbs that naturally increases and enriches a healthy milk supply so that the nursing mother can relax and enjoy her baby. The herbs are pleasant tasting and can also help to ease any colic or digestive issues for mother and baby. The tea blend combines Blessed Thistle, considered the Mothers’ Milk herb, Fenugreek, Aniseed (both stimulate milk flow) & nourishing Alfalfa.

Ingredients: Blessed thistle, Fenugreek, Aniseed, Alfalfa

Herbalists Tips:  This is a gentle and subtle blend that has a nice flavour and not too strong. It does not work instantly but along with good hydration, can help increase milk flow and alleviate the anxiety associated with diminishing milk supply. I have used a small amount of Fenugreek because although the herb can be helpful, excessive Fenugreek can have the reverse effect. Also, too much Fenugreek is not recommended for women with diabetes.

Selling Tips: Nursing mothers will usually spot this tea and identify with the need to maintain a good milk supply for their baby. Some customers buy the tea to add to a hamper pack for a baby shower when they know that the pregnant woman intends to breastfeed. It is a very personal purchase.

Calm With Lavender – Herbal Tea

Calmness in a cup! Herbal Teas Australia CALM WITH LAVENDER tea combines calming and gentle relaxing herbs of Chamomile and Lavender. This is a tea that is a good alternative to the CALM tea for people who don’t like Spearmint. CALM WITH LAVENDER can be a helpful tea for all types of discomfort, restlessness, stomach upsets, menstrual cramping.

Lavender is known to help ease stress, relieve tension headaches and nourish an exhausted nervous system.

Chamomile has a relaxant effect that makes it ideal for anxiety and insomnia, particularly in children. It can also help with flatulence.

Oatstraw is considered to be a nerve tonic, can help with exhaustion and may help to ease feverish conditions.

Calendula has a sweet honey flavour and is known to be wound healing so can be helpful for digestive infections.

Ingredients: Chamomile. Lavender, Oatstraw & Calendula

Herbalists Tips: This tea is a good option for people who have a restless anxiety. I recommend this tea to people who have suffered a traumatic experience because the Oatstraw is known to calm the nervous system. Adding the Stress Head tea can also be helpful to help settle the adrenal glands.

Selling Tips:  Some people don’t like the Mints – Peppermint and Spearmint – so this is an alternative when your customer states, “I don‘t like Spearmint!” It’s also a good “go to” when your customer is teary. Some customers have what I call “restless anxiety” where they have a nervous energy and find it difficult to settle. They often have trouble sleeping.

Candida – Herbal Tea

The CANDIDA tea is a blend of herbs with anti-fungal properties that may help with Candida Albicans and other types of fungal issues. Candida Albicans is a yeast like infection that happily inhabits the human gut. The yeast becomes a problem in the digestive system and other mucus membranes of the body if the diet is incorrect and high in sugar, and after the use of antibiotics, steroids or the contraceptive pill.

The ingredients in this herbal tea blend, in particular Pau D’Arco, are anti-fungal, blood cleansers and stimulate the immune system. Pau D’Arco is a bark that pre-dates the Incas and is indigenous to South America. This is a non-organic herb because it comes from the Pau D’Ärco tree where it is “harvested” by slicing bark off the tree and then “cut” to enable it to make a tea.

Olive Leaf is anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-bacterial and it is the anti-fungal properties that make it ideal for this tea.  Calendula, the yellow petals in this blend, is healing and Dandelion leaf will support the liver.

Candida Albicans is a condition that many people, especially women, identify with. It can manifest as thrush in the mouth and vagina, as fungal toenails and fingernails and/or as a rash (patches of small pimples on the back of the arms or face).

For more information about this condition, go the Blog “What is Candida Albicans?”

Ingredients: Pau D’Ärco, Calendula, Olive leaf, Dandelion leaf.

Herbalists Tips: While Candida (a yeast) can live happily in the human digestive system, when conditions upset the bacterial balance, Candida will “migrate” to other organs and cause havoc in the body.  For many women, Candida will spread to their ovaries, uterus and bladder because those organs are all compressed into the pelvis. When it migrates to the ovaries (Poly cystic ovarian syndrome) to the uterus (endometriosis) to the bladder (constant urinary tract infections UTI). It is not always as obvious with men, however the old beer gut is a classic example of candida growing in their digestive system.

Selling Tips: this is another tea that customers will identify with, having been diagnosed with a thrush like infection or they recognise the symptoms. I tell customers that their worst enemy is sugar, as sugar “feeds” candida. These days, it’s not just adults who exhibit symptoms but children as well. Customers will identify with the sugar connection and will confess to being a sugar addict. I suggest the Spearmint and Licorice tea to help with sugar cravings and they can mix it with the Candida tea and make it a daily drink to help with the Candida and tackle their sugar addiction.

Chill Out – Herbal Tea

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of relaxing in the Aussie bush, surrounded by true blue flora and fauna to make you feel “chilled out.”

Well, this is a tea that can transport you to that place!

This tea blends the delicious menthol taste of Eucalyptus leaves with cooling Lemongrass, combined with the blood cleansing properties of Nettle and the therapeutic benefits of Ginkgo Biloba, which stimulates the circulatory system.

Ingredients: Eucalyptus leaves, Ginkgo Biloba, Lemongrass & Nettle

Herbalists Tips: This tea is not just pleasant tasting but can help with circulatory issues, like cold hands and feet during winter. That can include Reynards syndrome. This syndrome is when no matter how warm the weather, the persons hands and feet stay cold and can turn blue because of limited circulation.  Be mindful that people taking blood thinners (Warfarin and Aspirin) should not be drinking Ginkgo Biloba as it effects blood circulation. Ginkgo Biloba is not a blood thinner but it helps by widening the blood vessels to enable better blood circulation.

Selling Tips:  A tea designed for people who enjoy the taste of Eucalyptus in a tea. Chill Out is a good alternative to Circulation tea. Its menthol taste makes it an attractive drink. It also makes a delicious iced tea. While it has therapeutic benefits, many customers just enjoy the taste. My selling line is  “ It’s a tea that makes you feel like you are relaxing out bush.”  You can also use the cold tea in an air defuser to freshen the home.

Circulation – Herbal Tea

Cold hands and feet are a sign of very slow circulation so stimulating the blood supply can help to ensure blood gets to the extremities. The CIRCULATION tea has the herb Ginkgo Biloba which works by widen the blood vessels to allow better flow of blood.

The herb Hawthorn leaf helps to regulate circulatory system and in turn monitors blood pressure. I have combined these 2 herbs with Nettle (also known as Stinging Nettle) because it is a rich source of minerals, especially iron. So as well as soothing the kidneys and cleansing the blood Nettle helps to enrich the blood.

An Ideal warming tea to drink during cold winter months.

Ingredients: Ginkgo Biloba, Hawthorn leaf, Nettle

Herbalists Tips: It is the action of the Ginkgo Biloba that makes this tea ideal for customers who suffer from cold hands and feet.  Some customers have a severe form of slow circulation, called Reynards syndrome. I always ask customers how much water they are drinking because slow circulation is also a symptom of dehydration as dehydrated blood starts to thicken making it harder for the veins and arteries to circulate the blood.**

Selling Tips:  You may find that people who really feel the cold in the winter months enjoy the benefits of this tea. I suggest to customers they can drink it alone each day and/or they can add the herbs to their favourite herbal tea. Customers will ask how soon it will work and I tell them usually straight away. But that can depend how hydrated they are as everything works better in a hydrated body.

Please note: This is not a tea to recommend to customers taking blood thinning medication (Warfarin & Aspirin).

**When the body is deprived of water (hydration), it will draw water from either/both our blood and/or synovial fluid, which is the cushioning between every joint in the body. When that happens, the blood will slow and thicken and/or the joints can start to ache because they have lost their cushioning.

Cholesterol – Herbal Tea

Cholesterol – such a controversial subject and so much information and mis-information. The CHOLESTEROL tea is designed to help regulate cholesterol levels because herbs work on balance.
Speedwell is a herb well-known by Europeans to help regulate cholesterol levels. It is a herb that may break down fats and metabolise cholesterol because of its blood cleansing properties.
This herb is blended with Dandelion leaf, to support the liver, and Bergamot peel to break down and metabolise fats to help maintain normal cholesterol levels in your body. The Bergamot peel, sourced from Sicily, gives the tea a pleasant and very subtle “Earl Grey” flavour.  Studies have shown that Bergamot components mimic the actions of a moderate dose of pharmaceutical statin drugs.

It is not uncommon to get the thumbs up from doctors too when clients present with a reduced cholesterol reading after they have made significant changes to their diet and hydration.

This is a testimonial from a customer, who wrote:
“My cholesterol had risen to 7.2 and after drinking the tea for 5 weeks, it dropped to 6.2. My doctor was very pleased, as was I. I will continue to drink it.”

Ingredients: Speedwell, Dandelion leaf, Bergamot peel

Herbalists Tips: I have had many other customers tell me how the Cholesterol Tea has helped reduce high levels of cholesterol.

I always refer customers to Dr Sandra Cabot’s book titled “The Real Truth, Cholesterol” for information regarding diet and lifestyle as there is a lot of information to help customer understand this condition.

The Sydney cardiologist, Dr Ross Walker, is also a proponent of natural measures before resorting to statin medication which has serious side effects.  (Google Dr Ross Walker) Drinking a teapot of Cholesterol tea each day as part of a healthy lifestyle is a healthy option and may help customers to avoid medication. You can refer to my Blog on cholesterol to read more.

Selling Tips: Customers taking cholesterol medication can safely drink this tea as it will not interact with any medications, including statin medications. I don’t tell people to stop medications because that is unethical and dangerous. I suggest they talk to their doctor or healthcare professional if they are considering stopping cholesterol medication. I do explain that the herbs help to regulate cholesterol.

Cravings – Herbal Tea

When the afternoon cravings for something sweet strikes, put on the kettle and brew up a CRAVINGS tea!

That’s the message that accompanies this tea as afternoon cravings are all too familiar for some people.

This tea combines the sweetness from the Licorice root, which is 50 times sweeter than sugar, and will satisfy the cravings without disrupting blood sugar levels. Licorice root, the herb ideal for people with diabetes, gives the tea a sweetness without causing the cravings caused by fluctuating bloods sugar levels.

Another ingredient, Gymnema, is an herb referred to as the “sugar destroyer” as it helps to break down sugars. This herb helps with sugar cravings by making sweet foods less appealing and helps to regulate insulin levels.

Roasted Dandelion root is like a caffeine-free coffee substitute so this tea can help with cravings for coffee as well as sugar. Dandelion is a liver tonic so while tasting like coffee, it supports and nourishes the liver.

Calendula and Pau D’Arco are anti-fungal herbs because often, cravings are driven by Candida Albicans. (See my Blog on Candida Albicans)

Ingredients: Gymnema, Licorice root, Roasted Dandelion root, Calendula & Pau D’Árco

Herbalists Tips: Many customers will identify with this tea either by sugar cravings or their afternoon cravings for caffeine. The herbs will helps to subdue the cravings and while not an instant fix, can over days and weeks, will help to reduce the desire/addiction to particular foods and beverages.

From customer testimonials, this tea works well combined the Weight tea if weight loss is the aim. My suggestion is to make the tea as a strategy when the cravings hits. Customers can predict when they need to address the cravings so that is the signal to put the kettle on. Interestingly, mid-afternoon @3.30pm is the universal time when blood sugars drop – that’s everyone worldwide.

Selling Tips:  It’s probably not surprising how customers identify with this tea. They will ask if this tea can help with their sugar cravings and I explain the action of the herbs. They will also ask how many cups a day and/or when should they drink it. As with all the teas I recommend making a pot and drink it throughout the day. Or, perhaps when the cravings hit, usually mid-afternoon.  There is no dosage as such because everyone is different. It will always depend on their hydration, their diet, their age, medications etc, etc.  However, I always ask what they have for breakfast because a box cereal breakfast which is high in sugars will translate to a massive sugar level dump in the afternoon.

Eyes – Herbal Tea

Tired eyes from working on a computer? Dry eyes, itchy eyes, eye infection and conjunctivitis – the EYES tea is an herbal tea blend that works both from drinking it and also making as an eye wash.

The herb Eyebright can deal with most eye issues, Calendula herb is a healing herb and Chamomile is soothing. Both Calendula and Chamomile are anti-inflammatory too. To relieve your tired, irritated itchy eyes, soak some cotton wool balls in cooled EYES tea and rest them on each eye. You will feel and look refreshed. Customers have also reported that the EYES tea has also helped to relieve the symptoms of congested sinuses. Make the herbs into a hot infusion by steeping for between 5-10 minutes and consume immediately. Or allow to cool and consume cold, this can easily be placed in a water bottle and sipped on during the day.

Ingredients: Eyebright, Calendula & Chamomile

Herbalists Tips:  This gentle but effective tea can be used for adults and children and for any eye condition. It is pleasant tasting and is a very effective eye wash.  This is a popular tea during hayfever season because as an eye wash, it can sooth inflamed and itchy eyes.

For people with severe hayfever, and when the itchy symptom effects the throat as well, I recommend combining this tea with the Cough tea (combining the teas to make a pot). However, only use the Eyes tea for the eye wash. It is gentle to use as an eye wash for children and babies with conjunctivitis and eye infections.

Selling Tips:  While this tea will not change eyesight, it can help with uncomfortable eye conditions like infections. Explain to customers that as well as drinking the tea, the Eye tea on it’s own makes a very good eye wash.  This may need to be explained to customers that you make the tea, allow to cool and then soak cotton balls in the tea and then lie down and rest the cotton balls on closed eyes.

For babies and children, wipe the cotton balls on the eyes.  Don’t be surprised at the reaction from customers but you will find that many Europeans recall grandmothers bathing their eyes with Chamomile tea.

I suggest that the customer empty the packet of tea into a jar as the Eyebright herb settles to the bottom of the packet. I then shake the bottle to distribute the herbs when making the tea.

Hair – Herbal Tea

This herbal tea is designed to help strengthen and enrich thinning hair. The herbs, Rosemary, Horsetail, Birch and Nettle are all nutrient and mineral rich.

As well, Rosemary is a circulatory stimulant and may help prevent hair loss and premature baldness. It’s also the best hair wash to deal with dandruff. Horsetail is very high in silica.

Birch also helps to promote hair growth – and can help with skin conditions as well – and Nettle is is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and vitamins. It is also a great hair tonic.

For customers who are changing from chemical hair products to chemical-free products, making up the tea and using it as a hair rinse can help to detoxify the hair. For dry, itchy scalps, massaging the tea into the hair and scalp after washing and allow to dry.

Always with hair loss, there may be medications taken by the customer that can have side effects that cause hair loss. Also, excessive caffeine consumption may also cause hair thinning/hair loss. The reason for this is that hair is mineral rich and with excessive caffeine consumption depleting the body’s mineral stores, the body will get rid of what it cannot support in this case, hair.

Ingredients: Rosemary, Horsetail, Birch, Nettle leaves

Herbalist Tips: Hair loss is not life threatening but it is a symptom that the body is depleting it’s mineral stores. The ingredients in this blend help to restore mineral supplies and encourage hair growth. Of course, it will not restore hair to complete baldness but when hair starts to thin, customers need to address their caffeine intake and what medications they are taking for side effects. Also, changing from chemical hair products (ie. shampoo & conditioners) to chemical-free products will help as well to promote healthy hair and scalp. Horsetail is a herb that is especially high in silica, Rosemary is a circulatory stimulant and may help to prevent hair loss and prevent baldness. This ingredient makes this tea ideal as a hair wash, to deal with dandruff and for children to help prevent head lice.

Selling Tips:I find that many women these days are experiencing hair loss. It is becoming a common symptom for menopausal women.  In fact, women who consume excessive amounts of caffeine find that their hair loss is similar to male pattern hair loss, that is, hair receding from the forehead. That is why when customers ask about hair loss I always ask how much caffeine they drink and what hair products they use. I explain that making those changes and drinking and using the tea as a hair rinse can help.  Even when customers tell you it is genetic, it is still worth them making changes and using the tea to support their organs. Nothing changes if nothing changes. Headache – Herbal Tea

Headache – Herbal Tea

Depending on what is causing the headache, this herbal tea can assist by relaxing and soothing an aching head. The White Willow Bark is a natural pain reliever because of the salicin it contains, which is the component pharmaceutical companies originally used to make aspirin. Salicylic acid helps with any condition characterised by inflammation and especially muscular pain conditions.
The herbs Vervain and Linden are relaxing herbs so this blend may also relieve tension headaches and migraines and can help with anxiety and exhaustion.
The herb Vervain is an excellent tonic for the nervous system, helping to relieve exhaustion, depression, anxiety and tension. It will help with headaches and migraines caused by digestive or nervous tension. The herb Linden will also help with headaches, tension and other inflammatory conditions including arthritis and gout. Linden can also ease anxiety and soothe mental stress.

Ingredients: White Willow Bark, Vervain, Linden

Herbalists Tips:  Using a natural pain reliever, this herbal tea can help with headaches and migraines in adults and children, and from various causes. Most common is a tension headache so the Vervain and Linden will help to ease the pressure. Vervain is a herb that seems to help with “things going on in the head” and is a mood elevator. Linden is a relaxing herb. Having a packet of the tea on hand is like having Panadol in the first aid kit. The difference is you can drink the tea all day without side effects.

Selling Tips:  Headaches have various causes but the most common is dehydration. I suggest to customers who deal with “cluster headaches” and frequent migraines to make the tea each day and make the tea and water (min 2 litres) their priority drinks.  For parents of children with a headache, diluting then and sipping the tea is a good alternative to resorting to medications.

Once again, customers will ask when to drink the tea. If they suffer from frequent headaches, I suggest drinking the tea each day as a preventative or sipping the tea when a headaches hits.

Please note: The White Willow Bark is not recommended for customers who are taking blood thinning medications (Warfarin and Aspirin)

Organic English Breakfast – Herbal Tea

English Breakfast tea is probably among the most popular tea blends. It is a full-bodied, robust tea, usually served with milk and, as the name implies, traditionally served with breakfast.
A perennial favourite as a morning pick-me-up, Organic English Breakfast tea makes a relaxing and refreshing tea. Many customers like to make it as a special treat on a Sunday morning or as a “go to” tea to start the day with energy and focus.

Ingredients: Organic English Breakfast leaves

Herbalists Tips: A nice black tea combination that can be an option to excessive coffee drinking. Black tea has about half the caffeine content level of coffee.

Selling Tips: Customers will often ask what is the difference between “normal” black tea and English Breakfast and the answer is that English Breakfast is a combination of black teas that originate from Assam, (a region near Bangladesh) Ceylon (now called Sri Lanka) and Kenya.

Pregnancy – Herbal Tea

A delicious herbal tea to drink during pregnancy and after childbirth.

The herbs in this blend help to tone the ligaments of the uterus. Raspberry leaf is traditionally considered one of the safest herbs for pregnant women to drink and combined with Lemon Myrtle and Lemon Balm, it is a very pleasant brew that is relaxing and calming.

Ingredients: Raspberry leaf, Lemon Myrtle, Lemon Balm

Herbalists Tips: It’s the action that Raspberry leaf has on the uterus that makes this a brew that can be helpful for pregnant women. Raspberry leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals and provide vitamins B. C and minerals including magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium and iron. Because of the nutrient benefits of Raspberry leaf, and the fact it is a uterine tonic and known as a women’s herb, it is a good tea for women at all times of their life. It’s high level of B vitamins makes it helpful for nausea and morning sickness and may help with leg cramps and sleeplessness.

Many women drink the tea throughout pregnancy while others err on the side of caution with medical people warning that the herb raspberry leaf can cause miscarriage. However, for thousands of years women have used this tea during pregnancy and there is no available data that concludes it will cause a miscarriage. I have added Lemon Myrtle as a whole-body tonic and Lemon Balm for it’s calming effect.

Selling Tips: I always find it amusing that people expect the raspberry leaf tea to taste like raspberries! I tell them that the leaves of an apple tree don’t taste like apples either! Raspberry leaf has a gentle taste similar to black tea (without the caffeine).  In recent years, doctors have warned women not to drink raspberry tea until their third trimester and although there is no evidence that it will cause a miscarriage, I find that it is best to respect a pregnant woman’s viewpoint. I do recommend they continue drinking the tea after childbirth because it can help get their tummy back into shape. It does this by toning the ligaments of the uterus. It is also useful to suggest that sipping on the tea during childbirth has a calming effect.

Restless Legs – Herbal Tea

A simple and effective herbal tea that can help with restless legs and jittery mannerisms. Often people who experience this condition start with frequent leg cramping and then progress to tapping and jittery legs during the day and at night, their sleep is disrupted because of the uncomfortable sensation in their legs and feet.

Taking a magnesium supplement at night will help as well (restless legs is caused by a severe magnesium deficiency) and replacing caffeinated drinks with RESTLESS LEGS tea during the day. I suggest drinking RESTLESS LEGS tea during the day because for some people, Peppermint can be stimulating. (For some people it is calming).

The main ingredient, Oatstraw, is a nerve tonic, the Yarrow can help with the circulatory system and Peppermint can help with digestion and assimilating the magnesium supplement.

Ingredients: Oatstraw, Yarrow, Peppermint

Herbalists Tips: Restless Legs has become a major health issue for many people and everyone seems to know someone who experiences this, if not themselves. Many doctors are medicating people with the Parkinson’s medication but it has some really unpleasant side effects. The herbs in this tea can be helpful but once again, dietary changes need to happen in conjunction with the tea, in particular reducing caffeine consumption. This tea gives the customer a pleasant alternative to drink each day.

I always recommend to customers to take a quality magnesium powder at night to replenish the body supplies. It also helps to have a restful sleep.

Selling Tips:  Here’s what one customer said about this tea. “ I was doing a lot of driving and often had irritable legs. I’ve been drinking this tea for 18 months now and I just don’t get restless legs anymore. I drink it once a day after work but more sometimes because I like it. Highly recommend it.” Thanks Keith.

When customers incorporate this tea with a magnesium supplement at night, (our body absorbs minerals at night and that’s why the restless legs happen mostly at night) they will notice a significant difference in their well-being. Once again, a herbal tea cannot fix everything but it provides therapeutic options that can helpful. It is a delicious tea too because the Oatstraw makes the Peppermint nice and creamy.

Winter Blend – Herbal Tea

A herbal tea for the whole family to drink during the winter months to help avoid colds and flu. The tea may lessen the severity and duration of a cold or bout of the flu. The ingredients are Olive leaf, to stimulate and boost the immune system, Rosehips for their high Vitamin C content, Hyssop which will help to break up congestion especially in the upper respiratory area and Thyme, which will help to prevent or soothe a sore throat. This herbal tea is delicious and safe for children when diluted.

Ingredients: Olive leaf, Rosehips, Hyssop, Thyme

Herbalists Tips: The Rosehips in this tea add a really pleasant sweetness that everyone seems to enjoy. Rosehip is the round portion of the rose flower just below the petals and contains the seeds of the rose plant. Because it contains a lot of Vitamin C, the rosehip used in this tea gives it a good boost.

The Hyssop can help when there is congestion that sometimes accompanies influenza. It has traditional been used as a cough-relievers and expectorant.

Winter Blend is a tea that can help a daily drink for everyone in the family and us a good preventative during the winter months.

This tea is also an option for breastfeeding women to drink instead of the Cough tea as Sage can reduce breast milk in nursing mothers.

Selling Tips:  A pleasant tea for the whole family. Drink as a preventative or to consume when suffering a cold or influenza to reduce the severity and duration of symptoms. I always recommend keeping up hydration as well, so making this tea and water the daily priority will work well.

For customers who hesitate giving it to children, I suggest they dilute it and/or add some honey.
